- A meeting between futurist Ted Schilowitz and Marcie Jastrow triggers speculation in the SHIB community.
- Some leading SHIB members anticipate a potentially huge development coming out from that meeting.
Shiba inu fans are all excited about the upcoming Shiba Inu the Metaverse project which saw the team unraveling a new slogan recently. Days after, a meeting between Ted Schilowitz, the futurist at American film production company Paramount Pictures, and Marcie Jastrow, the Shiba Inu metaverse advisor, triggers some incredible feelings and speculations about a possible advancement in the project.
The meeting was held in Texas at the 2023 South by Southwest (SXSW) festival. While the subject of discussion and details of the meeting has not yet been disclosed, Scorchia, a prominent SHIB proponent, believes that something huge is in the pipeline. He used the crypto slang “probably nothing,” which usually hints at a potentially significant development.
The tweet was shared by Shytoshi Kusama, a leading developer of the SHIB project, and added a clip from South Park where Randy Marsh said “maybe nothing; maybe everything.”
Schilowitz’s experience hints at what to expect
Schilowitz’s possible involvement with Shiba Inu is a very interesting one as he is known for exploring and identifying emerging technologies and trends in the entertainment industry. He also works with some external parties to find new opportunities and collaborations. Over the years, he has been researching and analyzing advanced areas including virtual reality and augmented reality. He also works on how they can be added to the production and distribution of films. As per his role, he advises senior executives and creatives at Paramount Pictures on the steps to add these techniques to their works to improve the experience of the audience.
Schilowitz also works as a futurist at ViacomCBS. Last year, he explained that the Non-Fungible Token (NFT) and the metaverse industry can help to transform the entertainment industry in Hollywood.
You’re responsible for looking at things and having, effectively, the most open mind of the whole company. Everything might have some degree of value or a tremendous amount of value. And the only way you’re going to know that is to get out there and test the waters: explore, talk to the people using the technology, see if it feels like there’s a there there.
Shiba Inu the metaverse at the SXSW festival
It can be recalled that the metaverse recently premiered at the WAGMI Temple hub at this year’s SXSW festival in Austin, Texas. Clips of VR experiences have since been shared by several SHIB enthusiasts. The SXSW premiere of the WAGMI hub was said to consist of two unique experiences. The first is a free-roaming adventure in the health and wellness hub. The other is a tranquil meditation experience.
Brandie Konopasek, an entertainment producer and SHIB proponent, shared a 7- second video clip featuring the WAGMI Temple. The WAGMI Temple hub is said to be one of the 11 hubs featured in the metaverse.
